MSA Program - API Portfolio

As the breadth and depth of the Mitel communications product suite continues to grow, more opportunities to bind together these features with custom products and standard products present themselves. While our traditional CTI interfaces continue to provide powerful hooks into the business communications infrastructure, the Mitel API portfolio has expanded beyond CTI. Our newest components include standards-based interfaces that enable fast integration will minimal development.

The Mitel API portfolio offers integration to the Mitel product portfolio. This robust portfolio includes toolkits, interfaces, developer documentation, test plans, and specially-priced Mitel lab / development equipment, all designed to enable Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA) members to rapidly integrate their products with Mitel's communications platforms and voice-enabled technologies.

HTML and SIP are some of the many standards-based interfaces available, along with our feature-rich MiTAI and OAI CTI interfaces. This broad range of interfaces enables MSA members to select the interface most appropriate for the job at hand. On the simple end of the spectrum, SIP endpoints can easily be validated, or HTML can be served to our advanced Mitel phones. On the other end of the spectrum, complex advanced applications can utilize powerful features exposed on the CTI interfaces.
