| Registration | Your attempts to register bring back a message telling you mitel. comt you have registered before, and you are positive you haven't. | Our registration system may be identifying you as someone with the same name as you who has already registered with us. Add a number after your last name (eg. Smith1) |
| Login | You attempt to login, and the system sends a message telling you your user name is wrong. | Remember to put a space (" ") between your first and last name. (eg. Jane Smith, not Jane_Smith or JaneSmith) |
| Login | You attempt to login, and the system sends a message telling you your password is wrong. | Remember that passwords are case sensitive (eg. 1qWeR5, not 1qwer5, or 1QWER5) |
| Login | You attempt to login, and instead of seeing a window saying "UserId" and "Password", you see "Network Authentication ID and Password" | Ignore the difference and type in your User Group User ID and Password as you normally would. Your host network is simply misunderstanding our system request. |
