Registration Your attempts to register bring back a message telling you mitel. comt you have registered before, and you are positive you haven't. Our registration system may be identifying you as someone with the same name as you who has already registered with us. Add a number after your last name (eg. Smith1)
Login You attempt to login, and the system sends a message telling you your user name is wrong. Remember to put a space (" ") between your first and last name. (eg. Jane Smith, not Jane_Smith or JaneSmith)
Login You attempt to login, and the system sends a message telling you your password is wrong. Remember that passwords are case sensitive (eg. 1qWeR5, not 1qwer5, or 1QWER5)
Login You attempt to login, and instead of seeing a window saying "UserId" and "Password", you see "Network Authentication ID and Password" Ignore the difference and type in your User Group User ID and Password as you normally would. Your host network is simply misunderstanding our system request.
Login You have forgotten your password. Contact us.
Registration You want to be added to another user community Contact us.
Login You are trying to login and you keep receiving the response "server not responding", "no DNS entry" or "Notes Exception - server error" Our server is temporarily down. Try again later. These situations are of the utmost priority to us, and we will rectify the problem as soon as it is possible.
