Training

Mitel University provides sales and technical training for Mitel products and related VoIP technologies. Our goal is to deliver consistent, high quality training using flexible delivery options to meet business requirements while ensuring timely certification on Mitel products and aiding our customers to develop the skills of their employees to make the best use of Mitel technology.

Our courses are tailored for sales personnel, sales engineers, technicians, system engineers, system administrators and their end-users and are delivered using a blended learning approach - addressing all learning styles, budgets and schedules. In addition, we offer optional training including VoIP Technologies, Site Qualification, System Engineering, System Administration and End-User training.

Training options offered include:

Leader-Led
Traditional classroom-based training led by a Mitel instructor. Leader-led classes are currently available in:

• Chandler, Arizona
• Kanata, Ontario
• Onsite at your location

Virtual
Real-time, half-day sessions via the internet interacting with a Mitel instructor. Students are then required to complete a series of self-paced hands-on labs and exercises done at your location using your own demo equipment.
