Mitel Live Content Suite
Mitel Live Content Suite enables the creation and publishing of dynamic and personalized information to your users, transforming Mitel 5360 IP Phones into rich media information appliances. With Live Content Suite you can greatly improve communication with your employees and provide them with easy access to the information they need, when they need it. Live Content Suite includes:

• Live Desktop Portal – a robust and intuitive, web-based phone programming portal
• Live Blogger – uses standard blog tools to deliver custom content to users' phones
• Live Applications – applications that deliver dynamic content to phones enabled with Live Content Suite. The continually expanding list of Live Applications includes Live Twitter® Reader, Live Weather, and Live Flickr®

Mitel 5300 Intelligent Directory
The Mitel 5300 Intelligent Directory application provides a simple, intuitive, on-screen, searchable directory of both corporate (Microsoft® Active Directory®) and personal contacts (Microsoft Outlook®) right on the phone's display. It allows users to search on the phone for contacts, using the familiar keypad search that users are accustomed to on their mobile devices. An available presence option provides at-a-glance presence information for the entire corporate directory list. Presence information is automatically fed from the instant messaging contact list to the display of the Mitel IP Phone.
