The Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA) is a comprehensive program enabling a wide range of third-party partners (3PPs) to successfully create products and services that integrate and / or interoperate with Mitel’s core business communications portfolio. It also aids in creating awareness of these products and services among Mitel retail channel sales partners and end customers.

Who Can Benefit from MSA Resources and Membership?

MSA programs and partners enhance the richness and reach of Mitel products, and offer essential resources and assistance to Mitel suppliers, sellers, and buyers:

  • Vendors and Solution Providers – Third-Party Partners
    Through MSA, Mitel builds alliances with those 3PPs that share and complement our market vision, and can help us implement it rapidly and successfully. By joining MSA, 3PP members gain access to Mitel development tools, support, test resources, and marketing channels needed to deliver quality integrated solutions to Mitel customers.

  • Sellers – Mitel Retail Channel Sales Partners
    With a multitude of potential companion solutions crowding the marketplace, the MSA program helps Mitel channel sales partners make good choices for their customers by doing the necessary research, identification, qualification, development and test support, and business relationship development of 3PP companies and their solutions. And then organizing and presenting these qualified options in logical categories corresponding to widely varying customer business communications requirements.

    MSA can help two important categories of end customers. For prospective end customers, MSA enables them to research the portfolio of Mitel 3PP products and solutions before making a purchasing decision, to confirm the availability of Mitel-interoperable partner products that will meet their business requirements.  For existing end customers, MSA provides the necessary development tools, documentation and support to enable them to develop complementary custom applications, integrate them into their IT networks, and use them to optimize their internal business processes.
