David Loeser is Mitel’s Executive Vice President of Human Resources with global responsibility for all human resource activities including human resource strategy, leadership development, and succession planning. David is a seasoned strategic management and human resource executive with over 25 years’ experience with multinational brands including Hostess Foods, Celanese, Quaker State, PepsiCo, Continental Airlines, Chevron and CompuCom. A results-oriented human resource and general management executive, David brings to Mitel multi-industry experience, strong international exposure and a focus on driving bottom-line business improvements.

Prior to joining Mitel, David served as the head Human Resources executive of several international companies and CompuCom, a technology company. He led the redesign of organizational structures and human resource functions, and he redesigned and improved the effectiveness of compensation programs, benefit programs and labor strategies while reducing costs. During his tenure at one multinational company he successfully developed change processes resulting in the empowerment of regions, and business growth of approximately 30%.

David holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in management from the University of South Carolina School of Business Administration. He received an MBA with management/industrial relations majors from the University of Toledo. In addition, David serves on several boards: HRsmart and Atterro Human Capital Group; he is Chair of the University of South Carolina Advisory Board and in 2011 was named Alumni of the Year at the University.
