    For 25 years they have counted on Mitel solutions to help power their business. The solutions include Mitel 3300 controllers, Mitel Teleworker, MiCollab Server, Mitel Voicemail, and Mitel Live Business Gateway (LBG). A few years ago they wanted to unify their global contact centers and again turned to Mitel. “Mitel came on site for a day and prepared a project implementation guide with our entire contact center environment. A big part of their success has been their partner BluePrint Technologies, a Mitel authorized reseller serving thousands of customers in all 50 United States and five continents (N. America, S. America, Europe, Asia and Australia).

    The next steps are to rollout Mitel call recording. “We love the product and can’t wait to migrate to the new call recording system that will tie in with our contact center,” concludes Iuzzini.
