Last year, partners saw us showcase the broadest portfolio of value-added solutions for Microsoft Lync at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) in Washington, DC. This year we will be back at WPC in Orlando with even bigger developments, including the MiContact Center for Microsoft Lync / Skype, Microsoft-optimized phones, SIP-DECT phones and our InAttend Attendant Console.
Powerful product and platform updates
At the conference, you’ll have the chance to learn more about MiContact Center for Microsoft Lync / Skype, which has been updated to offer sophisticated IVR and multi-channel capabilities. You’ll also get to see modernized versions of our Microsoft-optimized desk phone sets; as well as our SIP-DECT sets, which include video capabilities and support Lync / Skype voice and presence. You’ll also see our InAttend Attendant Console as well, which has been updated to more tightly integrate with Microsoft voice and presence capabilities.
