Customer Needs:
Veenendaal identified end-user productivity and experience as the main objectives when switching to a virtualized environment. One goal was to provide users with the flexibility of using any thin client while still providing fast single sign-on to the desktop environment. A secondary goal was to provide access to Microsoft® Remote Desktop Services sessions for users working remotely from home.
