The Company

Venice Energy Services Water Resources Land and Environment is the first multi-utility of the Veneto for residents served in the environmental sanitation and integrated water cycle sectors.

The Challenge

To provide a solution that would allow simplification of operations, relocation of staff and, simultaneously, the maintenance of its assigned telephone numbers. Also a requirement was to reply upon a new generation of VoIP phones from a single manufacturer, as the incumbent PBX equipment was made up of from five different brands.
