MiVoice 1560 PC Operator

Using a PC, one of the MiVoice 5300 system phones or a 600 DECT phone, calls can be accepted, put on hold or forwarded. This provides attendants with immediately accessible, extensive information as well as a flexible and very simple handling of calls.

In the MiVoice 1560 IP version, the PC telephone is already integrated. The variant MiVoice 1560 is used in conjunction with the MiVoice 5300 system phone or the Mitel 600 DECT phone.

On the PC monitor the user has at a glance who is calling, internally engaged or out of the office – and when he/she will be back, or who has transferred his/her telephone to a deputy or to the voice box.

If several calls are waiting the most important can be selected directly. If a subscriber is busy, the deputy can be selected, a text message to the telephone or even an e-mail can be sent.

With the link to Microsoft Exchange, additional calendar information is available when connecting calls. This absence information permits an even more customer-friendly support.
