Mitel Intelligent Phone Applications Suite provides a rich feature set aimed at increasing worker productivity by providing tighter integration between desktop devices and tools used by enterprise and small business knowledge workers.
Features of the Intelligent Applications Suite include:
Mitel 5300 Intelligent Directory - Provides a simple, intuitive on-screen, searchable directory of both corporate (Microsoft® Active Directory®) and personal contacts (Microsoft® Outlook®), right on the phone's display. It allows users to search on the phone for contacts, using the familiar keypad search that users are accustomed to on their cell phones and handheld devices.

Mitel 5300 Integrated Office Companion (Basic) - Allows users of the Mitel 5330 IP Phone and 5340 IP Phone to manage phone calls on their PC, and provides productivity enhancements like click to dial, incoming caller ID pop-up, PC-based missed calls and speed calls list, and personal (Microsoft® Outlook®) directory integration.
Mitel 5300 Integrated Office Companion (Enhanced) - Enhanced is an add on software option that provides Microsoft® presence integration, and an office productivity feature set that make voice communications more effective by providing at-a-glance contact availability for speed dials right on the phone display.
Mitel Navigator IP Phone- The unique physical integration with a PC increases available desktop real estate and allows single field-of-view operation of phone and PC. The Integrated Office Navigator integrates Live Communications Server 2005 presence to make voice communications more effective by providing at-a-glance contact availability on speed dials.
