 Mitel’s VoIP solution will network Sanofi Aventis’ main Saudi offices in the three regions of KSA in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam resulting in toll free internal calls between sites.

The Mitel 3300 CXi Controller, aimed at the SMB segment, will be installed at the offices in Riyadh and Dammam and the Mitel 3300 MXe Controller will be deployed as a gateway in Jeddah interfacing with the existing TDM system to enable migration to IP when required.

The award winning Mitel Your Assistant™ Softphone and collaboration suite will also be rolled out to mobile workers giving them the flexibility to work remotely, make and receive calls on the soft-phone and share documents across the corporate network.

The tailor-made solution also includes the Mitel Quick Conference solution making it possible for employees of Sanofi Aventis to dial into the Mitel conference bridge from any location to either join or initiate a conference call, thus connecting the employees together in a quick, easy and cost-effective manner.
