As a fast growing company with plans for continued expansion, On Site Sanitation realized its older communications system wasn't delivering the capabilities it needed and wanted to streamline communications between sites. Working with Mitel and authorizedPARTNER, Reliance Teleservice, On Site Sanitation selected Mitel Dynamic Extension enabled by Mitel Communications Director (MCD). Dynamic Extension delivers single-number 'reachability' to the On Site Sanitation sales force, enabling a call to their business number to simultaneously ring up to eight devices of their choice. This ensures both customers and co-workers can reach the sales force quickly and easily.

"Our salespeople can respond immediately to customer calls on any device they've defined as a Dynamic Extension, providing quotes directly from their device of choice. On Site Sanitation selected the Mitel Teleworker Solution to provide users with secure access to the company's network and applications from remote locations. The Teleworker Solution allows On Site Sanitation to connect to previously disparate office branches, and with the use of SIP trunks, all branches can be reached through a local phone number.
