MSA API Portfolio

The Mitel API portfolio offers broad integration options into the Mitel product portfolio. This includes toolkits, interfaces, developer documentation, test plans, and specially-priced Mitel lab / development equipment, all designed to enable MSA members to rapidly integrate their products with Mitel's communications platforms and voice-enabled technologies.

The Mitel Open Integration Gateway (OIG) provides a Web Services-based platform for delivery of the most commonly-used call control features on the Mitel Communications Director (MCD). Other standards-based interfaces include HTML, SIP, and data interfaces such as SMDR and PMS, which supplement our traditional feature-rich MiTAI and OAI CTI APIs. This broad range of interfaces enables MSA members to select the interface most appropriate for the job at hand. On the simple end of the spectrum, SIP endpoints can easily be validated, or HTML can be served to our advanced Mitel phones. On the other end of the spectrum, complex advanced applications can utilize powerful features exposed on the CTI interfaces.
