Joining MSA
Joining the Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA) program is a simple four-step process:
- Program Review and Online Application
All companies interested in joining the MSA program must submit an online application for one of the following levels:
- MSA Corporate Developer (Basic APIs)
- MSA Corporate Developer (Advanced APIs)
- MSA Commercial Developer (Basic APIs)
- MSA Commercial Developer (Advanced APIs)
- Partners planning to supply multiple products / solutions to the Mitel channel require a membership discussion with an MSA program manager. All such products / solutions should be identified in the product information section of the application form.
- Application Review
Within 15 days, an MSA program manager will review the application and send out the formal membership agreement forms or, if necessary, you will be contacted for a follow-up discussion.
- Application Processing
Once the ratified Membership Agreement forms are returned to MSA, along with payment, the application will be completed.
- Membership Begins
Congratulations! You can begin to enjoy the benefits of the MSA program. You will receive a welcome email with information about your Mitel OnLine login credentials, how to obtain developer support, and other MSA membership details.
Requesting a Mitel OIG Trial on the Hosted Virtual Lab
Mitel offers a Hosted Virtual Lab to allow prospective MSA commercial members (i.e., commercial developers who are interested in MSA, but who have not yet completed the MSA enrollment process) to learn about and evaluate the Mitel Open Integration Gateway (OIG) for 30 days at no charge. Prospective MSA members interested in taking advantage of this free OIG evaluation should apply for a Virtual Lab user account through the online application form below. Once approved as a Virtual Lab user, the developer will be supplied with Mitel OnLine (MOL) web portal logon and account credentials that will provide access to:
- Mitel OIG Hosted Virtual Test Lab User Guide
- Mitel OIG Hosted Virtual Test Lab Software Package
- Mitel OIG Hosted Virtual Test Lab Reservation Request Portal
- Mitel OIG Developer Documentation Package
The Virtual Lab User Guide provides additional instructions on how to make a Virtual Lab reservation request, and then use the Virtual Lab. The Software Package includes sample code and sample applications, along with guides for using them. The Mitel OIG Developer Documentation Package provides the complete OIG documentation that a developer needs to build and deploy applications using the OIG, i.e., Mitel OIG Developer Guide, Installation and Maintenance Guide, and Engineering Guidelines.
