MSA Program Description

Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA) offers different memberships to meet the needs of partners and customers.

• MSA Developer. All MSA partners enter the program at the MSA Developer level, and receive a baseline framework of benefits associated with the MSA Developer program level.
  • Commercial Developer Membership.  For vendors and other partners selling products, solutions, or services to Mitel customers
  • Corporate Developer Membership.  For Mitel customers building solutions for their own internal use.
• MSA Gold Preferred and MSA Platinum Preferred (MPP). Members at these levels bring strategic or specialized value and their products may be resold by Mitel. These levels confer additional benefits and involve a closer relationship with Mitel. Opportunities for pursuing Preferred Member options can be reviewed with an MSA program manager after the initial MSA Developer membership is approved.
