Mitel will work with authorizedPARTNERs to migrate customer Mitel MiVoice Business (formerly Mitel Communications Director (MCD)) systems forward to the latest release through the following steps: (1) identify existing systems and desired changes; (2) develop an end-to-end project plan; (3) staging, configuration, and testing; and (4) project execution. All steps will be completed offline in our migration lab to ensure minimal business disruption and allow customers to focus on their core business during the transition.

SX-2000 Migration

A Mitel legacy system migrations expert will be on site to assist customers in an upgrade from a Mitel SX-2000 system to IP communications. Services include requirements consultation, solution engineering, system and database configuration, as well as a full set of pre-checks and tests before and after system power-up.
