The IP Telephony Health Check service is designed to ensure Mitel customers continue to maximize the business value from their communications infrastructure. It provides detailed advice on optimizing IP Telephony solutions including an in depth analysis of a client’s data network to ensure that it is optimally configured to support VoIP.
Contact Center Health Check
The Contact Center Health Check has been developed to optimize existing contact center operations. The check assists busy contact center managers to better understand development opportunities by providing the strategic, operational, and technological information needed to make sound management decisions.
Voice Security Health Check
To help protect a customer from the likelihood of common phone fraud risks, Mitel has developed a voice security health check. Voice security specialists review a customer’s Mitel telephony solution and indicate areas of potential vulnerability to threats such as: toll fraud, denial of service, phone tapping, or corporate embarrassment through attempts at hacking a phone system for pure amusement.
Power System Health Check (UK only)
For many businesses, even a few minutes of downtime can run into many thousands, or even millions, of lost funds. Despite the high cost, organizations overload their power systems and fail to carry out simple health checks, only to discover failures when most in need. The Power System Health Check provides a complete assessment of UPS systems, including a discharge test. Any issues will be highlighted in a detailed report.
Best Practice Consultancy
Very often the key to a successful IT deployment is delivered through the people and process surrounding the installed solution. Mitel’s Best Practice Consultancy offers customers the ability to gain access to experts in contact center design and implementation from a people and process perspective.
Hosted Call Logging (UK and Europe only at this time)
To increase operational efficiency and control costs, companies often have a requirement for fast access to management information. The Mitel Hosted Call Logging service provides a valuable suite of call logging reports on a monthly basis. These reports deliver essential management information regarding the use of the telephone system or network.
System Administration Training
To cope with the inevitable ongoing changes that occur on any new installation, Mitel University provides System Administration Training on all platform and application solutions. System Administration training is delivered by a specialist team of Trainers to selected customer staff. The training can take place at either the customer's own premises or in a classroom environment at any Mitel training locations.
End User Training
Mitel End User Training is delivered by an experienced and professional team. Mitel believes that, wherever possible, training should be delivered in a "hands on" interactive environment to maximize learning potential. Training can be provided to groups of users or to a company’s own trainers, if this resource is available. Training can then be delivered using these company trainers to the rest of the users. This "Train the Trainer" option can be a very cost effective solution.
Feature Teacher
A key element of a solution implementation plan should be to ensure that users can operate efficiently and effectively from day one. Feature Teacher, the software based end user training tool from Mitel, provides organizations with the ability to ensure all users have instant ongoing access to learn and test their knowledge, as well as improve their ability to get the most out of the systems provided to them.
