Training in the Americas is delivered through Mitel University and authorized training partners.

• Mitel University. Offers classroom training at our training centers in Chandler, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia; and Kanata, Ontario, Canada.
• Regional training. Available at our regional training centers, including Mexico City.
• On-site training. Can be arranged on request.

Course Bookings

To register for a Mitel course, you need a Mitel On Line (MOL) account.

Once you have an account, you can locate upcoming classes, book courses, keep track of your bookings, print course-completion certificates, review your training history, and register for certification update courses.

AuthorizedPARTNERS can access the training system by selecting the “Access To Registration/Courseware” link in the Mitel Online (MOL) Training menu. If you do not have an MOL account, click “Register” at the top of the page.

End-User Training

Mitel offers a wide range of end user training, including System Administration and End-User Desktop training.
