In the EMEA Region, Mitel provides three types of training services to Mitel authorizedPARTNERs and end users.
- Product and Technical Engineering Training
- System Administration Training
- End-user Training
To book and record training online, participants in Product and Technical Engineering Training, and in System Administration Training, typically require a MitelOnLine (MOL) account.
Product/Technical Engineering Training
Technical Engineering training provides “Installation and Maintenance” and “Technology” courses required by authorizedPARTNERs. Courses are highly technical and, depending on the product or technology being taught, can vary in duration from one to 10 days.
Training can be delivered at:
- One of Mitel’s training locations in the United Kingdom (UK)
- Training centers in Holland, France, Australia, and Dubai
- Throughout the EMEA, upon request, using in-house trainers or in-country accredited trainers
On line and remote training is used to meet the requirements of many course prerequisites, and to train on product enhancements and software releases.
Some countries in the EMEA region are required to meet the minimum requirements of the MitelPARTNER program, which incorporates the Mitel Engineering Accreditation Scheme (MEAS).

System Administration Training
Technical end-user training is almost always recognized by the title of “System Administration.” There are many System Administration courses available, covering a range of Mitel products.
End-user Training
End-user Training is given to users at the desktop level. It is usually delivered to groups, or to a company’s own trainers who, in turn, train others in the organization.
End-user Training is available from Mitel in the United Kingdom (UK). It covers all Mitel products, including voicemail and the features and functionality of all handset types. The training can be extended to cover consoles, and to give operators instruction in basic and advanced call handling, programming, and console features.
In-country Mitel authorizedPARTNERs also offer End-user Training and should be contacted directly.
