We offer convenient "one stop shopping" for Mitel authorizedPARTNERs for the repair of Mitel products and OEM products made for Mitel. Our work is backed by Mitel’s 15-month manufacturer’s warranty on repaired and remanufactured products. Mitel also offers extended warranty plans.

We offer various types of hardware repair services (terms and conditions apply):

Dead on Arrival (DOA): Defined as an out-of-box failure on a product purchased within the past 90 days. Product is replaced with a new unit within 24 hours, subject to availability.

Advanced Replacement (AR): Used for emergency replacement of critical components or system hardware, regardless of warranty status. Product is replaced within 24 hours, subject to availability.

Repair and Return: Repair and return is available for all Mitel products, regardless of warranty status. Products are repaired, refurbished and returned to the customer. Mitel will endeavor to repair and dispatch product within (10) business days for systems, (5) business days for telephone sets and 30 business days for OEMs. Mitel will apply repair charges if returned product is out of warranty.

Remanufactured Equipment and Phones: Take advantage of genuine Mitel communication system components that have been remanufactured to like-new condition. These components carry the same warranty as new equipment, providing customers with the same reliability and value they expect from Mitel at a reduced cost.
