Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lone Star Realizes Unmatched Value Using ShoreTel

    Big Brothers Big Sisters is the largest mentoring organization in the United States. Its volunteers provide more than 10,000 children with support, guidance, friendship and fun through safe, positive mentoring relationships.

    Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lone Star, located in North Texas, had separate and disparate telephone systems at all of its offices. It needed a solution that would help tie all of its locations together, minimize costs, and enhance productivity and customer service.
