This website contains current versions of the Call Router, Emergency Notification, Salesforce.com Call Center Adaptor, Web Dialer, and other applications.
Anyone can view the application documentation while ShoreTel Partners and Customers with Enterprise Support can download and install current versions of application software. In addition, the website contains “trial” license keys which allows Customers to “try before buying” the application.
Please contact your ShoreTel Partner for an application trial if you do not have access to download software. And of course, don’t forget to check the Integrated Applications support website regularly for access to new applications and updates.
