Customer Success Story: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

    The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Elton John, and Billy Joel are just a handful of performers whom have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, which is located on the shore of Lake Erie in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. Next week is the annual induction ceremony where musicians including KISS, Nirvana, and Peter Gabriel will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.  

    In 2012 the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum wanted to induct a new business communications system. Because the museum is open 365 days a year and has about a half million visitors a year they handle a lot of phone calls.
