Google Enters Unified Communications Market - Is this Good?

    This morning, I read how it appears to an industry analyst that Google is attempting to enter the Unified Communications market.  But I am uncertain whether this is good or bad.  As good as their products can be, I question their ability to be a great service provider.  Personally I'm not all that interested in going through hundreds of help videos in their library in order to have a question answered regarding a product.  Google would need to make improvements before they would get my business.  I'm willing to pay more for great service.  Aren't you?
