Innovation Network News, November 2012

Coming off the heels of last week’s successful ShoreTel Champion Partner Conference featuring our largest ever Innovation Center including over 40 sponsors, I wanted to provide a quick update on the latest SIP Trunk Validations by way of the ShoreTel Innovation Network.

ShoreTel is now validated by Verizon. Testing was done in the Verizon labs on ShoreTel 13 using Ingate. For more information please review the Verizon IN page.

Windstream, as you may know, is made up of multiple networks. Previously we validated the Windstream Sonus, Broadsoft and Metaswitch based networks all using Ingate. We have now completed Validation of the Broadsoft based network without Ingate (i.e. Native) based on ShoreTel’s latest release. You can learn more about the various Windstream networks and Validations on the Windstream IN page.

I’m pleased to announce that Allstream is our first Validated Canadian carrier for SIP Trunks. You can learn more about Allstream’s Validation by visiting the Allstream IN page where you’ll find the current app note.

Optus was a carrier in Australia that was previously Validated, but has recently been updated with ShoreTel 13. Check out the Optus IN page for their App Note.
