Introducing the New ShoreTel Resource Center

    For the past several months we have been hard at work developing a revision to the ShoreTel resource center, with the goal of making it easier for visitors to find the content they are looking.

    With the new resource center we have leveraged faceted searching to allow users to see collections of content based on a variety of content types and topics.

    • Interested in white papers on UC? No sweat.
    • How about programs and blog posts covering enterprise mobility. Sure thing.
    • Maybe you are looking for customer stories on contact center in the automotive industry? Not a problem.

    With search facets allowing users to restrict their search based on content type, industry, solution, business size, and geography, users can select the facet or facets they desire and find just the content they need.

    So when you have a moment, stop by the new resource center and have a look around. You should be able to find just what you are looking for.
