North Sydney Mayor Cuts-the-Ribbon on ShoreTel House

ShoreTel was delighted to welcome Jilly Gibson, mayor of North Sydney, Australia, to unveil ‘ShoreTel House’ in a ceremony attended by our customers, partners and staff last week.

The new corporate signage across the building signifies ShoreTel’s continued investment in the region and our expansion in the Australian marketplace. ShoreTel is growing rapidly in the ANZ region with customer demand for our brilliantly simple unified communications, contact centre and mobility solutions increasing.

    In 2013, ShoreTel:

    • Expanded its channel reach in Australia, adding new partners including Go Systems and Techflare
    • Increased its team of dedicated staff with two newly created roles – an APAC Marketing Director and a Partner Development Specialist for ANZ
    • Introduced game-changing new technology in a shake-up to the Australian mobility market with the launch of The ShoreTel Dock - the industry’s first business-grade docking station that transforms smartphones and tablets into desk phones for the mobile generation
    • Added many new customers across various industries and business sizes – City of Whittlesea, Nexus Risk Services, and Frankston City Council

Office Reveal was a huge success and well attended by valued customers and key channel partners from our distributor and reseller base.

Thanks go out to the Mayor of North Sydney, Councillor Jilly Gibson, for officially welcoming ShoreTel to the local business sector and to all those who attended
