Premium Choice Boosts Insurance Renewal Rate With ShoreTel

    This month we were delighted to announce a new UK customer success story. Premium Choice, a provider of quality and affordable motor insurance for specialist markets, has deployed a ShoreTel UC system with ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Center.

    When we first spoke to Premium Choice’s team, they were determined to migrate their communications system to a new UC platform and were doing some thorough research on competing vendors. After reviewing Gartner’s ‘MarketScope for Unified Communications for the SMB Market’ report, they selected the ShoreTel UC system because it offered a lower total cost of ownership (TCO) than our competitors’ solutions and a rich feature set.
