ShoreTel Call Recorder 2.1.5 is now Generally Available
ShoreTel Professional Services is pleased to announce that the ShoreTel Professional Services Call Recorder version 2.1.5 is now Generally Available. Effective immediately, new orders will be fulfilled with this version. Please contact your ShoreTel partner for more information. Software upgrade or new trial software is always available for any ShoreTel customers.
This new package releases the Call Recorder Web Player for its first General Availability and continues to deliver the ShoreTel-native, pure-IP call recording solution to automatically record and archive voice communications for quick retrieval and easy playback via any phone or computer on the network.
