ShoreTel Sees Big Wins at Midsize Enterprise Summit

Once again, our customers have shown their delight with our all-in-one unified communication solution, and voted ShoreTel the winner of yet another prestigious industry award.

At the recent Everything Channel Midsize Enterprise Summit, CIOs were invited from across the country to meet with technology leaders, and hear presentations from several Gartner industry analysts.

These participants attend boardroom sessions from the sponsors, attend the showcase for demonstrations and one on one individual briefings, and then cast their vote for the most compelling solution.

ShoreTel received more nominations for more categories than any other sponsor, including all top level conference sponsors, such as the Best Midmarket Solution for Hardware, the Best Midmarket Solution for Software, and Best of Show.

In the category of Best Execution of a Midmarket IT Solution, ShoreTel came out the winner, proving yet again that when it comes to product and service excellence, we listen to our customers and deliver.

We also heard the tremendous applause from the audience of more than 200 executives in the awards banquet.

Our willingness to listen to our customers is just one reason we’re challenging complexity in the communications industry, and spreading the word that CIOs like those present at MES don’t have to sacrifice sophistication to have a cost-effective, brilliantly simple unified communications solution.

In almost every boardroom session at MES, one or more of the participants was a ShoreTel customer, and attested to how ShoreTel has helped them eliminate complexity, without sacrificing the sophistication they need in an UC solution for their business.

They talked about how it was easy to deploy a ShoreTel solution, easier than they had expected and yet it still delivered the power their employees needed.

In fact, many executives told me during the reception that members of the audience continued to talk about ShoreTel’s ease of use and management long after the ShoreTel staff had left the room.

These CIOs not only encouraged their peers go to the ShoreTel booth and see for themselves, but they also participated in demonstrations, and the booth was standing room only for most of the show.

If you missed this important event, there is still the opportunity to see a ShoreTel demonstration for yourself, or contact a ShoreTel reseller for more information.

On a personal note, I was especially pleased to see so many Canadians in attendance, including several executives from my home town of Winnipeg. It's refreshing to know that businesses around the world have the same desire to eliminate complexity.
