ShoreTel Unveils New Website and Brand

    Yesterday was a significant day for ShoreTel. In conjunction with the ShoreTel One Partner Conference, we unveiled our new, consolidated corporate website to the world, which reflects our new ShoreTel brand. 

    As you can see, our new website is clean, crisp and, of course, brilliantly simple. As part of ShoreTel’s CEO Don Joos’ vision of ShoreTel 2.0, we merged our and ShoreTel Sky websites into one unified vision for our products and services.

    We did it in a way that conveys the overall company transformation ShoreTel is undertaking as we move toward a hybrid model of unified communications, which involves providing the right balance of premise and cloud-based technologies for an organization’s specific communications needs. ShoreTel 2.0 is our drive toward transforming and improving our billing systems CRM, configurator tools, portals, implementations, messaging, service and support.

    We’ve also refocused the structure of the site to focus more on solving our customer’s challenges toward finding the unified communication solution for their specific needs. The new “Why ShoreTel” section that focuses on addressing the business needs of our different types of customers (Cloud or Premises? and What are You Trying to Do?), thought leadership (Personal UC is the Future), and how we are different (What Makes ShoreTel Unique? and ShoreTel, IP Telephony & UC). Plus, the website has a new Partner Finder that allows users to easily find the partners in their area with relevant experience.
