John Buszka is focused on delivering exceptional experiences for Mitel customers. In his role as Executive Vice President, Customer Experience, John is responsible for leading Mitel’s customer success, support and professional services functions along with driving cross-functional alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
John most recently served as Mitel’s Vice President of Global Business Operations, leading cross-functional teams to optimize core business functions and processes. Prior to Mitel, John was Vice President, Global Delivery Operations at DXC Technology/Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he was responsible for business planning, execution, and analytics, resource and supply chain management, and process improvement programs.
During nearly 17 years with Hewlett Packard and Compaq, John also held numerous operations leadership roles across HP’s Software, Software Professional Services – Enterprise Information and Solutions (EIS), Business Intelligence Solutions (BIS), and HP Services business units.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
