The DuVoice Hospitality system provides the ShoreTel IP PBX with guest wake up calls, guest messaging and connection to property management systems (PMS) for hospitality industry applications.
The DuVoice Hospitality system connects to the ShoreTel IP PBX via SIP EndPoints A TCP/IP interface to the ShoreTel IP PBX automates room telephone restriction upon check out and check in. Guest mailboxes are cleared of all messages and wake up calls automatically upon checkout. The Optional InnDesk provides hotel staff with a Web console for wake up calls and room status. System can be order turnkey or software only.
