It’s no surprise that we are passionate about unified communications (UC) and are focused on delivering hybrid cloud, vertical solutions, and offerings that improve the efficiency of frontline workers in those target verticals.
As we approach our target customers, particularly those operating in healthcare, financial services, hospitality, education, government, and retail vertical markets, it is the depth and breadth of our solutions, along with the relationships and integrations from our Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA) and Technology Partner Programs that make us successful. With 200+ vertical application partners within the program – and growing – we are constantly finding new use cases to serve.
In the first half of the year, we introduced a series of new vendor integrations, enhancing our ecosystem and offering our partners – both channel and technology partners – and customers new growth opportunities through the solutions from our program.
Aurenz’s AlwinPro Care product provides billing software for patient entertainment in the healthcare sector. AlwinPro Care also controls the provision of services for telephony, guest Internet, and TV. We established an integration with OpenScape Business and updated our integrations with all our MiVoice platforms. When provisioning for Internet and TV services is seamless, frontline workers like nurses and trained healthcare professionals have more time to focus on what they do best: providing healthcare services to their patients.
This partner provides sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff. Tacera is Austco’s IP nurse call and clinical communications platform that offers superior flexibility to support processes and how caregivers work. With the recently established integration for nurse calls with MiVoice Business, nurse call alarm triggers are integrated and can be delivered via a healthcare provider MiVoice Business collaboration solution, bringing a more integrated communications experience to the nurse, limiting devices they need to carry and allowing them to be more responsive to emergencies when seconds matter.
With Hotlync, Ennovatech powers superior hotel operations worldwide. Ennovatech’s suite of smart automation tools enables employee collaboration, streamlining operations, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. We created a further depth of integration between Hotlync, MiVoice Business, and MiContact Center Business via MiXML. This improves collaboration capabilities and allows for a single stream of communications from multiple tools for hotel staff and frontline workers.
Nevotek, a smart communications hub for hospitality, provides a cloud-edge platform that facilitates uniform communications across diverse systems and equipment. We created a further depth of integration via MiXML for their analytics engine with MiVoice Business and MiContact Center Business. With improved analytics of hotel frontline staff operations and communications, further efficiencies can be found to drive improved ROI.
Open IQ is built on delivering best-practice Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Uniquely, Open IQ’s services focus on clients' business requirements and how ICT can fulfill their needs. We established an integration for recording with MiContact Center Business.
SecureCo is one of our Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) partners that helps partners seamlessly integrate their UC solutions across organizations with their voice integration platform. They build customer experiences that take advantage of new technology, catering to the need for convenience while maintaining human interactions that allow for the empathy we all need. We updated our MiContact Center Business and MiVoice Business integrations to enable our channel partners to provide complete MiVoice Business solution offers to leverage SecureCo for infrastructure.
This integration is an affordable wireless panic button system to protect frontline workers under duress in the hospitality and education verticals. SECURalert is a comprehensive life safety system built around a wireless duress network. We established an integration for their staff duress solutions with MiVoice Business.
It gives supervisors and their teams the flexible tools to engage and convert. Talkative’s intelligent routing engine gives limitless flexibility: create countless queues, groups, and page rules to engage high-value customers with the right team members constantly. We updated our co-browsing integrations with MiVoice Business and MiContact Center Business, improving the productivity and effectiveness of that group of frontline workers devoted to customer experience and the contact center agent.
Ascom consolidated the features and functions of several devices into a single rugged, disinfectant-ready, Android enterprise-recommended smartphone, which is the ideal interface for staff and management looking for smarter communication and collaboration at work. We integrated with OpenScape Voice, MiVoice Business, and MiVoice MX-ONE to drive this specialty frontline worker device. It will benefit healthcare workers as they aggregate regular communications with patient care data like telemetry from the patient's bedside.
This integration is an all-in-one video bar for meetings that everyone can use. We established an integration with OpenScape UC to improve the enterprise meeting room experience.
With these excellent technology partner relationships, Mitel continues to build depth and breadth of integrations with solutions for our customers in our target vertical markets. We prioritize frontline workers and new integrations that bring specialized communications and collaboration to their workspace.
