Mitel is proud to announce that we have been named by Google as a Google Cloud Customer Award winner in the Cross Industry category. Mitel joined a select group of organizations recognized for their ability to make decisions faster, ensure stability and business continuity, and work effectively as teams. Category winners were also praised for their ability to innovate, grow, and build future-proof solutions using the cloud. This is the first year for this award category, and it was created to spotlight organizations who demonstrate significant and quantifiable business and operational excellence.
This recognition is due to the work Mitel did with Google Cloud Premiere Partner, RiverMeadow Software, to improve IT standardization, automation, and consolidation through next-generation cloud infrastructure. Moving VMware workloads to Google Cloud with the support of RiverMeadow saw an immediate improvement in Mitel's infrastructure reliability, enabling our business to standardize systems across locations.
