Over the first six months of 2024, we’ve had to find a little more room on the mantle. Mitel’s products, programs, and people continue to receive industry awards and recognition for demonstrating innovation, leadership, and value.
Here is a round-up of the success we have celebrated so far this year:
“VCCS streamlines clinical access and allows healthcare teams to work more efficiently by orchestrating and digitizing routine procedures, reducing overhead costs and adoption friction. In our modern healthcare environment, providers face numerous challenges that compromise the quality of patient engagement, from cost constraints to communication barriers,” said Bryan Vaughn, Managing Director of RemoteTech Breakthrough Awards
For the second time in six months, TMC singled out MiVoice Business for delivering excellence and quality to organizations worldwide. This time, Mitel’s popular communications and collaboration solution was named a 2024 Unified Communications Product of the Year.
“Every year, I am amazed by the innovation and quality represented on the Unified Communications Excellence Award winners list. And I am so impressed with Mitel’s commitment to addressing the real needs of the marketplace,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO at TMC. “It’s inspiring to see such commitment to excellence, and I look forward to seeing future innovation from Mitel.”
In February, two Mitel leaders were named CRN Channel Chiefs. Steffen Kruger, Head of Global Sales and Channel Operations, and April Miller, former VP of Global Channel Program and Experience, were recognized for driving strategy and setting the channel agenda.
“These channel evangelists are dedicated to supporting solution providers and achieving growth by implementing robust partner programs and unique business strategies,” said Jennifer Follett, VP of US Content and Executive Editor, CRN, at The Channel Company.
Nine Mitel leaders from North America and Europe were named to CRN’s Women of the Channel list for 2024. This high-profile honor highlights women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose vision and leadership benefit the technology industry.
“It is a great privilege to honor the remarkable achievements of these women leaders in the IT channel,” said Jennifer Follett, VP of US Content and Executive Editor, CRN at The Channel Company. “Each woman on the list has demonstrated a deep commitment to innovation and leadership that advances their organizations and drives transformation and success across the IT channel.”
CRN recognized Mitel with a prestigious 5-Star Award for the sixth consecutive year in its 2024 Partner Program Guide. This annual guide provides essential information to solution providers exploring technology vendor partner programs, and a 5-star rating is given to companies that have built their partner programs to go above and beyond in their commitment to nurturing strong, profitable, and successful channel partnerships.
“Recognition on this list reflects the value of the spotlighted vendor partner programs and their commitment to evolving with solution providers and supporting IT channel success,” said Jennifer Follett, VP of US Content and Executive Editor, CRN, at The Channel Company.
Besides being named to CRN’s Women of the Channel list, The Channel Marketing Association also honored Mitel’s Jessica Maria. She was among the inaugural recipients of the association’s Visionary Award for “redefining the boundaries of channel marketing with innovative strategies and groundbreaking campaigns.”
“We had to make some tough decisions; the talented list was just incredible,” said Kathryn Rose, co-founder of the Channel Marketing Association. “We are so thrilled to be able to highlight some of the brightest minds in channel marketing.”
During their Reseller Middle East Partner Excellence Awards ceremony in January, media house Tahawultech named Mitel the Unified Communications Vendor of the Year in the Middle East region. The award focused on two significant accomplishments in 2023, including Mitel’s 50th birthday and the acquisition of Unify, which expanded our customer base to more than 75 million users across 100 countries.
“This award recognizes Mitel for delivering technology solutions that seamlessly integrate communication tools, ensuring a cohesive and efficient user experience,” said Anita Joseph, Editor of CPI Media Group. “Mitel's innovative approach has successfully simplified unified communications, empowering users to connect effortlessly and enhance productivity across various channels.”
