Panelists Blair Pleasant, Jim Lundy, and Sandy Spink bring diverse perspectives from their fields. Jim Lundy, CEO of Aragon Research, shares his extensive background in technology and strategy. Sandy Spink, ICT Consultant at Spink Telecom Consultants Ltd., discusses emerging customer needs and trends.


Together with Mitel CTO Luiz Domingos and Mitel Innovation Day host Jordan Rudow, they explore Mitel’s strategic moves to enhance resilience, innovation, and customer-focused solutions in UC, emphasizing the importance of agility in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.
