Toshiba IPedge system shutdown and migration recommendation

Mitel is going to shut down the license server used by Toshiba IPedge system and application server with the software version 1.7.x. It does not impact Toshiba CIX system or IPedge with the software version 1.6.2 or lower as they do not use the online license server. However, Toshiba IPedge running the software version 1.7.x may stop functioning partially or fully as described below after October 31, 2021.

 Call processing and embedded applications continue working while Network eManager does not allow any configuration change.

 

Dell turnkey or software only with blue dongle (offline dongle)

 No change - system remains fully operational
