    Mitel Technical and Sales Competencies are designed to support the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensure overall partner success across the Mitel portfolio. Sales and Technical Competencies are fundamental elements to the Mitel Global Partner Program, partners that achieve competencies above and beyond the minimum requirement for their achieved program level are able to earn program points to support overall progression in the Mitel Global Partner Program. Sales Certifications are made available at no cost and can generally be completed in less than four hours. Sales curriculum is self-paced, on-line and designed to work on mobile devices and tablets. Mitel technical training offers our Partner and Service Provider Technicians the full certification training required for Mitel Technical Support. Mitel Technical Certification programs are directed at the installation and configuration of Mitel call managers, applications, and solutions.
