  • MiVoice 5361 Digital Phone

    This user-friendly phone provides you with a clear display, numerous pre-programmed and easily configurable keys, integrated navigation key, and “fox” key. The fox key can be associated with an available function based on context, such as different call modes (e.g., make call, receive call, mid-call functions, call logs). The phone can be wall-mounted, making it ideal for maintenance and service areas.

  • MiVoice 5370 Digital Phone

    The 5370 is a universal digital phone with an advanced range of functionalities. It features an integrated phone book, hands-free operation, conference call capabilities, and an outstanding speech quality. As a standard option, 12 freely configurable keys are available for team, control, and alarm functions, with more keys available through an additional keypad. The MiVoice 5370 Digital Phone can be equipped with a headset (based on the DHSG standard) that can be used to control volume as well as accept and clear down calls. When used with a headset, the 5370 offers an optimal package for heavy telephone users such as call center agents.

  • MiVoice 5380 Digital Phone

    The MiVoice 5380 Digital Phone is a multi-functional terminal for the most demanding users. Practical functions such as automatic call-back, call forwarding, and conference call help improve efficiency, while its integrated alphanumeric keyboard saves users valuable time when searching for contact names or writing text messages. Users can also add up to three additional keypads with 20 keys each or LCD display-based expansion keypads with 15 keys. Function status is visually indicated by a red or green LED integrated into each key. Depending on the displayed color, users can immediately see whether a team member is on an external or an internal call. The phone can be protected against unauthorized use by assigning an access code to unlock the phone.

  • Expansion Key Modules

    With Mitel expansion keypad modules, call numbers or system functions can be easily stored on keys. Two types of expansion keypad modules can be used for the MiVoice 5370 Phone and MiVoice 5380 Phone. The expansion keypad module M530 with labeling strips is comprised of 20 freely configurable keys, each with two storage areas. The expansion keypad module M535 with digital display and backlit background has 15 keys to store functions and three switchable views for ease of navigation .
