Her experience spans leadership roles at prominent companies, including NTT Data, Hewlett Packard, Invensys, and Electronic Data Systems, where she gained a reputation for delivering sustainable financial results and operational excellence.

Based in Texas, Janine is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Her strategic financial leadership continues to be a driving force behind Mitel’s growth and resilience in a constantly evolving industry.
