As Senior Vice President, People and Culture, Paul leads Mitel’s HR and Facilities function globally, overseeing talent management, HR business partnerships, leadership and organizational development, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, corporate responsibility, and Mitel’s real estate portfolio.

A key member of Mitel’s executive leadership team, Paul is focused on continuing to build and foster a high-performance culture by attracting, retaining and developing top talent while also ensuring Mitel’s people strategies are aligned with its strategic transformation and growth initiatives.

A business focused, results driven executive specializing in HR with over 20 years of true global experience, Paul has extensive knowledge and experience in global HR techniques, theories and practices within Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and consulting sectors. He has been with Mitel for seven years in various human resources leadership roles. Prior to joining Mitel, Paul served as Vice President, Human Resources at MultiView and has held leadership positions at CBRE, Cisco, Dell, and Marconi Wireless. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, European Studies from Cardiff University.
