The unified communications (UC) market in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region is predicted to soar by a compound annual growth rate of 21 per cent until 2018, according to a new report from US-based analyst company, Transparency Market Research. The main driver is the growing popularity of mobile UC in an environment of BYOD schemes and of workforce and enterprise mobility.
