Hello, and welcome to our latest monthly recap of Mitel news from around the globe.


April was a month to chart new courses and celebrate partner success here at Mitel. Our new combined portfolio strategy was released, focused on hybrid, vertically integrated, and multimodal solutions. We also welcomed a new chief information security officer (CISO) to lead Mitel’s global security program. To wrap up the month, we held our Americas partner conference, Mitel Next, in Texas, where we recognized top-performing partners and celebrated Mitel champions from across our customer base.


This month, Mitel leaders continued to join the discussion around the impacts of AI, and our new CISO shared his thoughts on evolving cybersecurity threats. Mitel solutions also secured more industry recognition.
