Mitel Q2 ’22 Migration Promotion:Up to 3 Free Months Credit for Eligible Mitel Customers

To qualify for this promotional offer (“Offer”) you must: (1) purchase a new RingCentral MVP plan of any tier for an Initial Subscription Term of a minimum of one (1) year for customer’s internal use only; (2) execute a contract with RingCentral on RingCentral’s standard terms and condition by no later than June 30, 2022; (3) be a new RingCentral customer (as determined by RingCentral); and (4) be located in the US only; when purchasing the RingCentral MVP plan (the “Qualifying Conditions”). The Offer is for one month of free service for RingCentral MVP plans for each year of RingCentral MVP plan, up to a maximum of 3 years (or 3 months of free service) (subject to the month “Free Month(s) Conditions” set forth below). This promotion is valid only for the recipient of the invitation and is void if distributed, shared or transferred. In order to participate in this offer your organization must be a current Mitel customer. Customer agrees to provide proof of eligibility upon request. This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or offers. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You agree that the final discount Offer price is determined by RingCentral’s sole discretion, in compliance with these terms and any applicable laws. The individual accepting this offer on behalf of the organization must be a duly authorized representative of the organization and must be at least 18 years of age. RingCentral reserves right to terminate this offer at any time. RingCentral Terms of Service apply. Early termination or other changes to the customer’s RingCentral MVP plan, may be subject to additional fees, subject to the Qualifying Conditions. Customer may be subject to minimum credit requirements and RingCentral reserves the right to decline to enter into a contract who, in RingCentral’s discretion, does not comply with RingCentral’s customer requirements.
