Terms & Conditions: Promotion is for Mitel to provide a RingCentral MVP compatible phone(s) to all qualified participants. To qualify for this offer, customer must: 1) be a current Mitel cloud customer on MiCloud Connect, SKY, MiCloud Flex (retail),MiCloud Office or MiCloud Business with hardware endpoints; 2) execute a minimum 1-year initial term contract for RingCentral MVP subscription plan service on RingCentral’s standard terms and conditions between July 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022 for at least an equivalent number of profiles as customer had contracted with Mitel; 3) be a new RingCentral customer (as determined by RingCentral); and 4) be located in the US, Canada, UK or Australia. ***** Q3 Closing Bonus - Promotion is for Mitel to provide a Q3 2022 Closing Bonus (“Q3 Bonus”) to existing Mitel cloud customers on initial order of RingCentral MVP service executed between August 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022 (“Qualified Period”). This Q3 Bonus is available only for an existing Mitel customer who: 1) currently is on MiCloud Connect, SKY, MiCloud Flex (retail), MiCloud Office or MiCloud Business platforms; 2) executes a minimum 1-year initial term contract for RingCentral MVP subscription plan service on RingCentral’s standard terms and conditions (“MVP Agreement”) during the Qualified Period; 3) is considered a new RingCentral customer (as determined by RingCentral); and 4) is located in the US, Canada or Australia. Q3 Bonus shall be a one-time payment equal to Customer’s Monthly Recurring Charge, calculated as one month of the total charges allocated to Standard and Premium Digital Lines Unlimited on initial MVP Agreement.
