Mitel’s State of Minnesota contract is based on products and/or services that were awarded to Mitel through the states RFP process. All Products and services have been competitively assessed, negotiated, or bid by the Department of Administration. This contract is structured to comply with State of Minnesota procurement codes, guidelines, and policies, and provide for the highest level of contractual protection.

Who Can Order: State of MN Agencies and Local Government? A local government is any city, county, district or other local governmental body including UC, CSU, K-12
schools and community colleges that sign up for the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
