Mitel is no longer actively selling MiCloud Engage Contact Center as a new system. Mitel is honoring existing commitments for this system. If you don't already have a commitment for this system, and/or are interested in something similar, the best alternative or replacement for MiCloud Engage Contact Center is MiCloud Connect CX.
